ICOS condemns attack on international student

ICOS is appalled by the brutal attack on an international student and delivery worker in Dublin that left him needing life saving brain surgery.

We stand in solidarity with the victim, André Oliveira, and call for those responsible to be held accountable.

International students contribute enormously to Irish society and the economy, and deserve safety, protection, and dignity.
